  • We are AFFORDABLE. From just £28 per day, which is as little as £3.50 per hour, that's 8 hours of supervised childcare and fun!

  • And, we are FUN. Our Holiday Activities are a fantastic place for your kids to have fun, make friends and try new activities during the holidays.
  • Upon registering with us we ask for you to tell us a little about your child. From the very first meet your child becomes part of our setting and will be made to feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Our staff to children ratios are extremely strong which ensures that your child’s needs are priority.
  • Members of our team have relevant FA football and/or Playwork qualifications
  • Coaches have been approved to work with children via DBS.
  • Each staff member is qualified in Paediatric First Aid
  • Coaches are trained in Child Protection Awareness and Health & Safety and Behaviour Management Procedures.
  • We appreciate that children often find the thought of starting something new challenging. To help your child settle we will meet them at drop off and introduce them to the NSSport team and other children at the camp.
  • During the morning session a welcome talk will introduce the children to our NSSport buddies who will help and remain alongside your child should they wish.
  • It is important to note that children will be allocated into groups with other children of a comparable age where they can spend time and make new friends.
  • At Next Step Holiday Activities, we like to give children the opportunity to take part in a variety of different activities during the school holidays.
  • We aim to ensure they really enjoy their time off and spark an interest in a new sport or hobby that will help keep them active long after the holidays have ended.

  • Every day is different at Next Step Holiday Activities and we can assure your child they will enjoy their day.
  • Our plans are devised with fun, physical, emotional and social development in mind. We have a balance in activities and maintain enthusiasm and excitement in all that we do.
  • We ask that children are dressed appropriately, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and play.
  • A waterproof coat is also advisable
  • For NS Strikers shin guards and astros are advisable
  • A healthy packed lunch with morning and afternoon snacks. We are nut free across all our venues. Please support this by ensuring all lunches are nut free
  • We encourage juice or water in a refillable bottle/flask
  • Children remaining with us for an extended day will need to bring an extra snack
  • We strongly advise that children do not bring electronic devices to our holiday activities camps.
  • NSSport will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of electronic devices that are brought in.
  • Our STANDARD DAY drop off time is 9:45am with pick up at 16:15pm.
  • Our EXTENDED AM is from 08:00am until 16:15pm and EXTENDED PM from 9:45am until 18:00pm
  • Our EXTENDED DAY allows parents longer drop off times between the hours of 8.00am-9.45am and collection times between the hours of 16.15pm–18:00pm.
  • Children are divided into groups depending upon their age and ability.
  • Please check with the coach at drop off to see if we can accommodate your request, but please understand that the request may not be possible due to various circumstances.
  • Children may be collected by family members or friends if we have been given notice and they have the security password (which the parent has set up during online registration).
  • Older children can walk to and from our camps, we will require written notification from parents prior to the start of the camp detailing the arrangements
  • All our venues are Ofsted Registered so we can ensure we meet the all guideline and policies regarding childcare.

  • We repeatedly update our policies and procedures to ensure they are inline with Ofsted guidelines and customer feedback.
  • Our policies and procedures are available to read at the sign in desk at each of our venues. Copies are available on request.
  • Online payments via debit / credit cards would be our preferred method, however we do accept childcare vouchers
  • Payments should be made in full at the time of your booking.
  • Late payments may incur an additional charge.
  • NSSport do accept childcare vouchers on certain activities. We accept a wide range of childcare voucher companies which are listed below.
  • Payment can be made as full or part payment for your booking.
  • To enable us to associate a payment with the correct customer efficiently please quote the invoice number as well as your child’s name when making payment, especially if their surname is different from your own.
  • If your childcare voucher company isn’t listed, then simply let us know or ask that company to send us a registration form and we will set up a new arrangement with that company, enabling us to extend this service to you!

  • If the sick child is unable to be collected they will be asked to stay in a quiet area and be regularly monitored. The child will be isolated from the group without putting them under any stress
  • If a child becomes ill during the day the site leader will contact the designated parent / carer and request the child is collected as soon as possible.
  • Parents/carers must give written consent for the administration of prescribed medicine, including the dosage and when it’s required. All these details are filled in on our ‘Medication Form’ which stays on site for the duration of their time with us.
  • Any allergies should be highlighted on the booking form, which will then be displayed on the register at each individual site. Each site leader will circulate all allergy information to staff members daily.
  • Your child will be cared for by our staff until you arrive.
  • It is important that you call us to notify us of your expected time of arrival.
  • NSSport reserve the right to add additional charges for late collection.

  • If you are interested in holding a birthday party with NSSport and have decided on the package you prefer, please submit the online party booking form with your request.
  • We will begin the process of securing your preferred coach for the date and time requested. Should your preferred coach be unavailable, we will look to find a suitable alternative.
  • We will email to confirm if we have availability, for your chosen date and activities, this would normally be within 72 hours. If applicable, we may suggest alternative dates should our coaches be unavailable.
  • NSSport will cater for 4 – 11 year olds. This is based on the nature and suitability of the party activities on offer.
  • Highly qualified Coach dedicated to you for the duration of your party.
  • Your party package choice tailored to suit your requirements.
  • Invitations, print your own NSSport themed invitations for your guests.
  • Birthday Gift to remind them of the birthday fun they had with NSSport.
  • Birthday Certificate something for them to treasure.
  • Craft and/or Sport Equipment supplied.
  • We provide one highly qualified coach for 24 children.
  • Should you have more than 24 children, we will need to arrange an extra coach. This will come at an additional cost. Please provide 2-3 weeks’ notice so we have sufficient time to source an extra coach.
  • When you receive your email confirmation for your party booking, you will be notified the name of your lead party coach who will make contact with you 1 week prior to the date of your party.
  • Should you have any requests or queries before then, please contact the NSSport team by email: info@nssport.co.uk
  • Payment can be made on our website. This would be our preferred method.
  • Payment should be made on or before the day of your party.
  • Cash and cheque payments can be made to your lead coach on the day of your party. Please ask your party coach for further details if paying by cash or cheque
  • Party can be cancelled/postponed anytime up to 11:00 am on the morning of the party without charge. Cancellations after this time are liable to a £60 charge.
  • We will work closely with you to come to an agreement in adverse weather conditions and come to an alternative arrangement. In this instance there will be no charge.
  • Activities can be moved indoors where appropriate. Birthday parties will only be cancelled under severe weather conditions.
  • Please submit your request to our team who will be happy to discuss your requirements.
  • We would expect parents of the birthday child will stay.
  • We welcome other parents to stay should they wish.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot supply matches or a knife, so please remember to bring along these essentials for your party!
  • NSSport are fully insured for the duration of your chosen package (1 hour or 1.5 hours) Should you extend the party after your chosen package time has ended for party food and games then you may wish to take out extra insurance should your household insurance not cover this.
  • NSSport cannot be held liable for injuries/accidents sustained after the party package time has elapsed. Please do speak with your insurer to clarify you are covered.
  • If not, NSSport recommend using Events Insurance https://www.events-insurance.co.uk/ who will be able to provide you with a competitive price.
  • Please use the online booking form to request your complimentary session at your preferred venue. We will make contact to advise you of a date when your child is able to attend.
  • If you are interested in joining our Saturday Strikers programme at one of our venues, please submit the online booking form along with payment.
  • You will receive an email confirming your child’s place at your chosen venue and preferred payment method.
  • Children can join our Saturday Strikers programme any time between their 4th and 10th birthdays.
  • Absolutely not. We cater for all abilities and would welcome children with no experience, as we would those who are of an Academy standard.
  • All children should arrive ready to play.
  • Children should wear comfortable footwear such as trainers or astros.
  • Sports clothing appropriate for the weather conditions.
  • Shin pads and a waterproof jacket are advisable, but not essential.
  • Please also bring a drink in a refillable bottle / flask.
  • No, there is no need to bring a football, these will be supplied by our coaches at each of our venues.
  • All venues hold sessions outdoors and will run unless weather conditions are severe.
  • Sessions run on Saturday mornings during school term time only. They last for 75 minutes, beginning promptly at 09:30AM and finishing at 10:45AM.
  • It is helpful to arrive 10 minutes before the start time, so your child has plenty of time to warm up and settle.
  • Sessions are drop off sessions, but parents are always welcome to stay and watch.
  • Please do let us know if your child can not attend a session, this will help us greatly when structuring sessions. Unfortunately, venue and staff costs are fixed, so we cannot provide refunds.

  • We will provide you with a PE & school sport assessment on your current delivery alongside how our own curriculum map, assessing & testing tool improve your school sport. Our bespoke team development ethos, a wide range of sports through out program will give great opportunities for your children to develop competitively with their chosen sport
  • After School Sport is a sport program catered for the needs of the children at your school. Sessions are 75 minutes long and take place at the end of the school day.
  • We deliver the following programmes:
    • Football
    • Multi Sports (including football, uni-hoc, basketball, tennis, tag-rugby, athletics & many more)
    • Gymnastics
    • Yoga
    • Dodgeball
    • Cricket
    • Survival School

  • Parents book through our secure online website. Registration of an online account is required prior to booking which can be done on our website, the process is requires personal details, child details and medical/emergency contacts.
  • All enquiries for After School Sport programmes will be dealt with through our dedicated administration team, which eliminates the stress from your school admin team.
  • Breakfast club is run at selected venues during term time Monday to Friday. We operate at various times depending on the school start time. 
  • We can only accept children from the schools that our breakfast clubs operate from.  

  • All our breakfast clubs run on the school premises which is safe, friendly and familiar to the children.

  • All our sessions are led by a dedicated and highly qualified team whose purpose is to ensure the children have an active start to their day.  
     

  • Places can be pre-booked on our website

  • Please note you will need to register your details and and your child(ren)s details online before you can make a booking.  

  • All places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and will need to be booked 12 hours in advance to secure a place. If you haven’t pre-booked a place we may accept your child if we have a place available. The charge for on the day bookings are charged at higher rate and you will be invoiced on a weekly basis.  Booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

    We will provide a tasty breakfast through a variety of cereals, toast, fruit juice, milk and water.

    Children will participate in a wide range of fun and creative activities which include a sports session each morning that will build social skills and confidence.

    All KS1 children will be escorted to their class ready for the start of the school day.  KS2 children will make their own way to class.

  • The NSSport After School Care (ASCare) programme is run every school day during term time  straight after school through to 6:00pm each afternoon.
  • We only accept children from the schools that our ASCare programme operate from.
  • All our ASCare programmes run on the school premises which is safe and familiar to the children and is led by a dedicated and highly qualified team whose purpose is to ensure the children have an active end to their day.
  • We provide a healthy snack on arrival and a tasty Lite-Bite through a varied and balanced menu.  The Lite-Bite is available when attending a Late and Full session only.
  • Children are welcome to bring in their own food should they have special dietary requirements, we just ask that you comply with our no nut policy.

  • Bookings are available to book on our website.
  • Registration of an NSSport account is required before a booking can be made. This can be done via our website by selecting the REGISTER button from the website header.
  • Places should be prebooked online and are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
  • All bookings need to be placed before 12:00pm on the day of attendance.
  • At the time of your booking we offer three different afternoon options (see below).  Please note these times can vary slightly depending on the school your child attends. 
    • EARLY PLAY (School Finish Time - 4:30pm) Healthy snack provided
    • LATE PLAY (4:30- 6:00pm) Lite-Bite provided
    • FULL PLAY (School Finish Time- 6:00pm) Lite-Bite provided. 
  • Childcare vouchers are accepted as payment and we ask that you release payment from your provider after your booking is confirmed. 
  • Our Inset Days run from 8:00am until 6:00pm.
  • Parents also have the option to book for a shorter day, our standard day, which runs from 8.45am until 3.15pm.
  • Parents book through our online secure website. All enquiries go through our NSSport admin team taking the stress away from your school admin team.
  • We run two programs simultaneously: NS Stars & NS Strikers. To find out further information about both these programmes, please visit our Holiday Activities page.
  • Lunch School Sport is a sport program catered for the needs of the children at your school. Sessions last between 30 – 60 minutes and is run during school lunch playtimes.
  • Our team of coaches can take up to 20 children at a time
  • We deliver the following programs:
    • Football
    • Multi Sports (including football, uni-hoc, basketball, tennis, tag-rugby, athletics & many more)
    • Sport Specific Team Training
  • To create an NSSport account we request that you complete the online registration form. This can be done from the website by selecting the school you wish to create an account with. Then select the Log In/Registration button from the website header. The registration needs to be done only once and as soon as this has been completed you will be sent a further email requesting that you verify your account. Upon verification your account will then move to a ‘live’ status and you are all set and ready to make bookings.
  • From time to time, you may forget your password or you may want to update your password. Regardless of the reason, you may reset your password by requesting an email that contains a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
  • Be Sure Your New Password Meets Our Requirements
    • Enter a combination of 6 to 20 characters, using at least one letter and number and optionally, special characters like “!”, “?” or “&”. Always store your password in a safe place, and remember that passwords are case sensitive.
  • If you're having problems accessing your account then we'll try and get you back in as soon as possible.
  • When you log in, your ID is the email addresses which you registered with us.
  • If you've entered your details incorrectly more than five times you'll be locked out of your account for one minute. This is for your security to stop anyone from guessing your details and being able to access your details. To get you logged in again, we ask you to wait one minute and then try again.
  • If you no longer have access to your registered email address, please let us know and we will look to amend your login details. If you can't remember your password, please visit our forgotten password link which can be found on the log in modal.
  • To make sure we can contact you, you’ll need to update your new email address to your online account.
  • To do this, log in to your online account and choose the option to update your details.
  • You’ll be able to delete the current email address and enter your new details. Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Next'.
  • Finally, we’ll ask you to enter your password for security, followed by clicking the 'Confirm changes' button.
  • Once you’ve done this you’ll see a message confirming we’ve saved the changes and your new email address will be showing on the 'Your Account' screen.

  • No, your NSSport account can only be cancelled in writing. Please email info@nssport.co.uk and mark in the subject Account Closure Request.  Please include your name, address, contact number and email in the content of your email
